List of refusals
A list of persons who will refuse to provide guarantees will be published here. Requests that may involve a violation of the rights of Irish citizens (requesters), a violation of public or state security will be matters for appeal to the court on behalf of the information insurance or partners.
From the moment of commencement of legal proceedings opened on the basis of violation of the law, harassment of Irish citizens or persecution of guarantee seekers, regardless of the outcome of the legal proceedings - Information Insurance will remove the names of "refuseniks" who have reached the court. Also, the names of "refuseniks" can be removed from the list at the request of applicants who have previously been refused guarantee of information.
The publication of "refuseniks" is carried out with the consent or order of Irish citizens. If a person refuses to provide a guarantee, then it is obviously clear that the person is interested in lying. Refusal of the truth as a form of social behavior and acceptance of social life without truth - provides a moral right for those requesting guarantees to use that freedom of speech, which from the point of view of the Irish constitution is legalized, because it is useful for the country and society.
