TYPE №1

Certificate of Non-disclosure 

1. Place an order. Specify the information you wish to protect. In case you wish to keep the information confidential even for Information Insurance - send a file with a password for the information.

2. When receiving a certificate of non-disclosure of information, to which even Information Insurance will not have access, you must sign a document confirming that the information complies with the rules

3. If a request for verification is received for information with a certificate and it is established that the person requesting guarantees is a victim of psychological violence or that this information is a concealment of a threat to national or international security, or a concealment of a crime, the certificate will not be considered valid

4. After placing an order and transferring information to receive a certificate or sending a link with a password-protected file to the information, you will be contacted via email

5. You will need to sign and pay

6. You will be sent a certificate that ensures the security of your information

Request recipient (private request only)

The recipient of the request may receive a reward for the provided response to the request in proportion to 50% of the cost of the request.

Private request

Requests related to personal life and sexual confidentiality are not disclosed and persons from whom guarantees are required are not published on the list of those refused.

Requests that may relate to a violation of the rights of the requestor, constitute a violation of the law, a violation of public order or national security - are accepted and processed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Ireland, European law and international law.

Refusal of financial compensation for the provided answer and refusal to provide an answer, in this case, automatically corresponds to the conclusions of the person who made a private request for confirmation of information.

Public request

«Public request» are open to questions of any nature. Companies must provide reliable data and in the case of a request for a guarantee of the authenticity of information, companies must act as guarantors.

Requests to verify information published by the media are accepted without question. The mental health of the Irish people is at the forefront of public life. The Irish have a right to a healthy "information diet".

State request

Requests to government services or employees of government services are accepted if this does not contradict the principles of state secrecy and state security.

Requests that could improve national or international security are accepted in any form.

International request

International requests will be available from September 2025. However, some types of requests can be processed already in the present time.

Guarantors Type №1

Type №1 guarantors are individuals, legal entities or public services to whom requests will be made. In accordance with a set of laws and on a case-by-case basis, rights may be regulated except in cases where a request from a third party involves a threat to the person requesting the guarantee or another person, a threat to public safety or a threat to international security. Cases where the lack of information transparency and proof of the authenticity of information may potentially violate the law or cause psychological harm to Irish citizens - conditions in which the rights of potential guarantors are regulated by the willingness or unwillingness to confirm the authenticity of information.

Guarantors Type №2 

Guarantors of type №2 may independently regulate the publicity of their guarantees, since such guarantees are an independent decision of the guarantors of this type.

Certificate of Non-disclosure 

A non-disclosure certificate may only be issued if withholding the information in question would not be contrary to the rights of Irish citizens, the security of Ireland or international security generally. Also, a certificate may not be issued if the information would involve concealing a crime or breaching Irish law or international law.
